Standard return policy

Things to keep in mind if you want to return a product you bought from Volt Distribution

Since these are special orders, there is by default no right of return for B2B, if an agreement has been entered into on the right of return, the following applies;
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Only items purchased directly from Volt Distribution can be returned to Volt Distribution.
Please ensure that the item you are returning is packed in its original packaging and with all the cables, adapters and documentation that came with it when you received it.

Software
Electronic software downloads
Software cannot be returned if an agreement on the right of return has been entered into, the following applies;
Software containing a printed software license will not be returned if the seal or sticker on the software's media packaging is broken.
