Return Material Authorization (RMA)

If you believe your product is defective and needs to be repaired, you must contact Volt Distribution support to obtain a RMA number and a RMA sheet. Any products send in for RMA without a RMA number and a completed RMA form with an error description will be returned to the customer without being processed.

In the guarantee period the products are repaired products at manufacturers service centers or in our own service center.

Packaging Instructions

Use the guidelines below to package your return equipment

Guidelines for prepping equipment for a return:

  1. If possible, use the original box and packaging of your part or the replacement part you receive
  2. On every box being returned, include the following:
    A shipping label with both the origin and shipping addresses
    RMA number
    Country of origin
    Quote number for trade-ins
  3. Ensure the complete product is in the same working condition as it was when removed from your network
  4. For pictures and additional details for special considerations such as large products, batteries, or orther accessories
